How your credit works

  • Your credit is recorded against your phone number and code, and is applied as a discount on your next order with us.
  • A referral counts once your friend's order is placed using your code or link — they simply enter your code at checkout, or open your link before ordering.
  • There's no cap on the number of friends you can refer. Credit keeps adding up.
  • Want to redeem credit or check your balance? Just message us on WhatsApp with your code and we'll sort it out.
The fine print

Program terms

  • The ₹150 first-order discount is for new customers who have not ordered from us before, and applies to their very first order.
  • You earn ₹100 referral credit for each successful referral order; credit is issued after the referred order is confirmed and payment received.
  • Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and are applied as a discount on future orders.
  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or misuse may lead to rewards being withheld.
  • West Bengal Crackers may update or end the program at any time; rewards already earned will be honoured.
  • Minimum order values and seasonal ordering windows still apply as shown on the order page.

Where do I find my referral code?

It's shown on the order confirmation page right after you place an order, and it appears at the top of this page when you arrive from there. It's built from your name and phone number, so it's unique to you.

How does my friend use my code?

They can open your referral link before ordering, or enter your code in the coupon box at checkout. Their ₹150 discount applies to their first order.

When do I get my ₹100 credit?

As soon as your friend's order is placed and confirmed using your code. We track it against your code and phone number.

How do I redeem my credit?

Message us on WhatsApp with your code when you're ready to order again, and we'll apply your available credit to your order total.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

No limit on the number of friends you refer. The per-order credit and milestone bonuses keep stacking.
