FAQ

Crackers in Kolkata & West Bengal — questions answered

Why are orders closed?+
Lorry transit from Sivakasi takes 15–30 days. Diwali 2026 ordering closed on 14 October at every hub, so nobody pays for crackers that arrive after Diwali and Kali Puja. Every paid order already placed will be delivered on time.
When will orders reopen?+
For next year’s Diwali and Kali Puja season. The opening date and price list are announced in the West Bengal Crackers WhatsApp group before they appear on the website.
How do I join the waiting list?+
Join the WhatsApp group. That is the whole waiting list — no form, no payment. Only admins post, so you get the opening announcement and nothing else.
I already paid — will my order reach before Diwali?+
🪔 Yes. Every order placed and paid by 14 October reaches your hub before Diwali (8 November), or a full refund.
Your order status page shows packing, dispatch, the lorry LR number and the hub. Questions: +91 75503 57737 or +91 99940 19299.
Where are the payment details?+
Removed until orders reopen. We never collect payment while orders are closed.
When the sale opens, UPI and bank details for Sivakasi Enterprises appear on your own order page after you place an order. Anyone asking you to pay for a West Bengal Crackers order right now is not us.
Do you deliver crackers in Kolkata?+
In season, yes — Kolkata is our biggest West Bengal hub. Orders travel by lorry from Sivakasi to the Kolkata parcel point; the transporter calls when it arrives and we WhatsApp you the LR number and address. Diwali 2026 orders are closed.
Which other towns do you deliver to?+
Barasat, Krishnanagar, Baharampur, Farakka, Asansol, Durgapur, Bardhaman, Dhanbad, Malda, Raiganj, Dalkhola, Siliguri, Kishanganj, Islampur, Jalpaiguri and Mainaguri. Villages and other towns collect from the nearest hub; the lorry stops at these points only.
Do you offer home delivery?+
No — as per regulations, crackers cannot go by courier or to your door. They travel by lorry from Sivakasi.
Your order goes to the hub you choose. The transporter calls when it arrives and we WhatsApp you the LR number and office address. Carry your Order ID to collect.
How much is transport?+
₹1,200 per carton box to any West Bengal hub, free above ₹25,000 of products. The exact charge is shown before you confirm. All prices are tax-inclusive with a GST invoice.
What is the minimum order?+
₹3,000 of products, for every hub.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
No. All orders are prepaid and are packed only after payment is verified.
Fireworks cannot be sold through e-commerce websites, so the website records your order as an enquiry and you pay by UPI or bank transfer directly to Sivakasi Enterprises.
What is your refund policy?+
If a paid Diwali order has not reached your hub before Diwali, you get a full refund, no questions asked. Anything damaged in transit is replaced or refunded — send a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of collection. Once a paid order has left Sivakasi it cannot be cancelled, as crackers cannot be returned by post.
Can I order for a wedding or event after Diwali?+
WhatsApp support at +91 75503 57737 with your hub and the date of the function; we will tell you when the next delivery schedule to West Bengal opens. Lorry transit takes 15–30 days.
Which brands do you sell? Are they green crackers?+
We sell Standard, Ayyan, Vanitha and Anandas Fireworks. Every product is CSIR-NEERI green-certified. Please follow your local rules on bursting times.

See you next Diwali, Bengal
